Originally, I’m from Minsk, Belarus and I speak English, Belarusian and Russian. Tampa has been my home since 2008. I have a Master's degree in translational pharmacology from OSU.

From lab coats to open houses, my career trajectory has been a wild rollercoaster ride. Picture this: one day I'm meticulously mixing solutions, the next I'm handing out house keys like a pro magician. It's safe to say I traded in research and development for dream homes. I realized I had a knack for matching molecules, and I thought, why not match people with their perfect home? It's like playing Cupid, but with houses.

Instead of running experiments, I now run numbers, and the only lab rat I deal with is the occasional stubborn door lock. In clinical research, I used to find cures. Now, I find the cure for my client’s housing headaches. Who knew? And let's not forget the biggest switch: from lab meetings to lavish listings, where my pitch isn't about protocols, but about properties. I went from sterilized environments to staging homes that look straight out of a magazine.

In the world of real estate, I've discovered that selling homes isn't that different from selling ideas in a lab. It's all about convincing people that what you've got is worth investing in, whether it's a groundbreaking drug or a charming bungalow.

It turns out, sometimes the best experiments happen when you step out of the lab and into the world of real estate.

In my spare time, I like working out, taking my pup, Odin (Nordic mythology is one of my favorite reads as you can guess), to a doggie beach or getting on a road trip to explore what beautiful America has to offer.
